I was born and raised in the Great Lakes region, and I've wanted to do voiceovers for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately, the barrier to entry was beyond my reach when I graduated from high school. These were the days before the internet, so the voice over industry was a different game.  Instead, I went to college and majored in chemistry, the other thing I really liked. I've worked as a chemist for over 30 years in several industries: pharmaceutical, food, biotech, medical devices, cosmetic, and printer ink. 

 

After a job layoff in 2023, I was ready for something else. I decided to finally pursue voiceovers, and it's one of the best things I've done for myself. I've worked with some great coaches who taught me the art, technical, and business side of the industry. That coaching led me to book jobs for commercials, corporate narrations, audio dramas, and audiobooks. I'm grateful for the success I've had to date.
